Sourced from the warmer 2023 vintage, this light, low-intervention red wine is made from hand-picked Dornfelder and Domina grapes. The fruit is directly pressed, and the juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it undergoes spontaneous fermentation. It rests in these tanks for 11 months before being bottled completely unfiltered and with absolutely no added sulphites or other additions.

In the glass, it shows a vibrant cherry red colour and draws you in with fragrant red berry fruits and delicate florals. The light-bodied palate blends flavours of damson plum and redcurrant with a pleasant, herbal note of hibiscus flowers. Supported by a smooth, approachable character and a lively, fresh acidity, it beautifully captures the essence of a warm summer day. It is an easy-drinking seasonal essential that is best enjoyed well chilled.
