The name says it all, really - this pet-nat is crazy and we're completely here for it. Made from a field blend of Würzer, Huxelrebe, and Müller-Thurgau (try saying that after a few glasses), it's like drinking liquid sunshine with bubbles. One sip, you're getting tropical pineapple and lychee, the next it's wild honey and citrus, then suddenly there's this lovely mineral edge that keeps everything grounded. At just 10% alcohol, it's dangerously sessionable and changes personality with every glass, which is half the fun. Whole bunch maceration this year has given it proper structure without losing that fizzy, summer holiday vibe. Perfect with a goat cheese salad, but honestly, it's brilliant just sipped ice-cold whilst pretending you're somewhere tropical. Fair warning, though – it disappears fast, so you might want to grab a couple of bottles.
