This isn't your typical flowery, predictable Riesling – it's wild, electric, and completely bonkers. You'll get hit with sharp lemon and green apple right off the bat, but then things get interesting with nutty, yeasty notes from the flor ageing that make it taste almost like brioche met citrus and had a brilliant baby. The acidity is properly racy and keeps everything fresh and mouthwatering, whilst there's this lovely mineral streak running through it all. It's got edge, personality, and enough complexity to keep you guessing with every sip. At 11.5%, it's dangerously drinkable but packs enough punch to stand up to spicy food – or just drink it from a big old glass since life's too short for small pours.
