Pure joie de vivre in a bottle! Tom Lubbe's iconic Cuvée Marguerite is like a jam sandwich in a summer meadow - fragrant, playful, and irresistible. This gorgeous blend of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, Zibbibo, and Macabeu from Roussillon's sun-baked slate and granite soils is one of Matassa's most beloved wines.
Candied orange peel, lychee, and wildflower honey dance with white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. There's camomile, soft pineapple, and that lovely bergamot bitterness on the finish that keeps you coming back for more. At just 10% alcohol, it's perfectly balanced with vibrant acidity and that signature salty minerality from those ancient soils.
Biodynamically farmed, hand-harvested, and spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts - this is natural winemaking poetry. A short maceration pulls out all the perfume without any heavy texture. This is the perfect wine for long summer afternoons, whether you're by the Mediterranean or just dreaming of it!
