Michael Wenzel's Voodoo Child is an enigma. Lively and adventurous, the colour is reminiscent of a Rose or light red, yet it is technically a skin-contact white wine made from 100% Pinot Gris. Voodoo Child ferments spontaneously and then spends 8 months on fine lees. The tannins are well-balanced, with aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, and a grounding earthiness.
