Milan Nestarec Dopamin

Pure liquid magic! Milan Nestarec's Dopamin started as a happy accident - leftover white wines that didn't fit their respective barrels all found their way into one big Stockinger barrel, creating this brilliant solera-style blend. Four years of true no-intervention winemaking later, and it's singing.

This isn't your typical Grüner Veltliner - there's a smoky, almost Mediterranean depth here that'll surprise you. Think golden apple, lime zest, and fennel, with a cheeky oxidative wink and a lovely light fizz on the tongue. Electric acidity keeps everything lively, whilst years in barrel add a mellow roundness that makes it dangerously drinkable.

Foot-stomped, spontaneously fermented, and aged in a 3000L barrel with no filtering, fining, or sulphur - just Milan's brilliant instincts and a lot of patience. The label's even spray-painted by the man himself!
