This creative Pinot Noir comes from the workshop of Mira Nestarec, sourced from a 15-year-old vineyard planted in sandy soils. To capture a sense of unlimited, dramatic freedom, the grapes undergo a semi-carbonic maceration to create an incredibly lively style. The wine is then matured for eight months in older, 450-litre oak barrels before being bottled directly from its coarse lees.

The result is an elegant and highly expressive red that practically demands another sip. It is packed with vibrant notes of fresh cherry, ripe raspberry, and delicate violet, all backed by a light, playful fizziness right on the tip of the tongue. It is a wonderfully fluid, creative, and joyful expression of Pinot Noir that prioritises drinkability.
