Opera III is Naboso’s traditional-method sparkling rosé, bringing together an unusual and exciting blend of 40% Blaufränkisch, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Rhine Riesling. The hand-harvested fruit is direct-pressed to capture a pale, lively pink hue before undergoing primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, skipping malolactic fermentation entirely to preserve maximum drive and tension. Blended with 10% reserve wine for added depth and bottled with zero dosage, this Brut Nature fizz is all about purity, precision, and bright energy.

Expect a crisp, mouthwatering profile bursting with fresh red berry crunch, tart pomegranate, and vibrant citrus zest from the Riesling component. The red grapes lend a lovely structure and subtle savoury edge, while the fine, persistent bead gives the palate a refreshing, lifted feel. Completely dry and bracingly fresh, it is a killer bottle for an aperitivo, shellfish, or cured meats.
