Opera Rose is a traditional method of sparkling wine; the already fermented still wine is bottled unfiltered at Naboso and undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle with the help of direct press Riesling juice. Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and Riesling in a delightfully animated rosé, with the latter most likely responsible for the floral nose. Opera Rosé 2023,is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to fish and seafood. Great in the summer, but equally good on a chilly wintery evening.
