Neuburger is a variety that's got expression similar to Chardonnay and elegant Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, and Petr's version is exactly why we love his wines so much – authentic, natural, and with the soul of Moravia. The expression is so refined with a lovely white flower bouquet and a creamy, coating mouthfeel that leads to a long, lingering finish. Fermented and matured in acacia barrels, which gives it delicate floral-fruity aromas with a light spicy touch – the finish is clean with a hint of cinnamon that perfectly closes the whole experience.
