Neuburger is a variety that's got expression similar to Chardonnay and elegant Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, and Petr's version is exactly why we love his wines so much – authentic, natural, and with the soul of Moravia. The first whiff draws you in with fresh apples, subtle notes of plums, honey, and herbs that give the wine beautiful depth. On the palate, it's light, juicy, and harmonious with pleasant acidity that keeps everything fresh and lively. The expression is so refined with a lovely white flower bouquet and a creamy, coating mouthfeel that leads to a long, lingering finish. Fermented and matured in acacia barrels, which gives it delicate floral-fruity aromas with a light spicy touch – the finish is clean with a hint of cinnamon that perfectly closes the whole experience. This is exactly the type of wine you drink just for fun – light, uncomplicated, yet surprisingly interesting with real character. Refreshing, straightforward, and consistent in quality like all of Petr's wines.
