This unique light red takes its name from an eight-year-old vineyard left completely unpruned. By letting the vines grow wild and only tucking in the shoots, Petr Koráb coaxes out smaller grape clusters with tiny berries, resulting in a remarkably high skin-to-juice ratio. A blend of Zweigelt, St. Laurent, and Frankovka, the fruit undergoes a brief two-to-four-day skin maceration. This creates a traditional "Siller" style, a beautifully shimmering pour that sits right in the sweet spot between a deep rosé and a light red, bottled with zero added sulphur.

The result is a lively, fresh, and slightly wild wine that packs a fantastic aromatic profile. Thanks to those tiny berries, it has a lovely depth of flavour balanced by soft tannins and a juicy, high-energy finish. It is the ultimate casual red and the absolute perfect partner for a pizza night. If you don't normally reach for red wine, this effortlessly drinkable, fruit-forward bottle might just be the one to convert you.
