Disorder H is the companion to Réka's Disorder F (Furmint), made in the same manner but showcasing the other major white grape from Hungary – Hárslevelű. The fruit comes from the Hintós, Danczka, and Betsek vineyards in the Tokaji village of Mád – 20-30 year old vines rooted in distinctly volcanic andesite and rhyolite base soils with brown forest and clay topsoil. The winemaking mirrors the Furmint: 50% of the grapes were macerated in layers of whole clusters, whilst the other 50% were machine destemmed and pressed directly in a basket press with no maceration, then fermented in Clayver amphoras and Apollo Flextank egg fermenters. Still deeply textured like its sibling, but with the acidity softened a bit and the savoury, herbaceous notes turned up in equal measure. Réka came out swinging for the fences with her previous Disorder and hasn't slowed down – this shows Hárslevelű's distinctive personality whilst maintaining that same intensity and volcanic character. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.
