Roughly translating to 'Flower of the Slate', on account of the blend of grey slate and blue slate vineyards, both surrounded by forest, meadows, and the river. The grapes for this wine are carefully selected from 4 of Rudolf's vineyards. There's so much going on in the glass for such a young wine – on first impressions, cooking apple and wet pebble, before opening up to dried herbs, floral quality, and the kind of salty lick you get from the rim of a good margarita.
