Little Red Riding Wolf is a single varietal Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir) with fresh notes of red and black fruits. A good touch of spice grounds all of the fruit, making it light and pleasant. Fine tannins and a lovely acidity will always have you going back for more. This wine should be served slightly chilled to bring out all of the fruits, and decanted if possible.
