Strekov 1075 Charlotte is a stunning, elegant sparkling wine that takes sparkling wine to a whole new level. With pronounced elderflower aromas layered over tropical hints of pineapple and mango, it bursts with refreshing citrus notes that awaken the palate. Its creamy texture and long, complex finish reveal its remarkable ageing potential, setting it apart from any Pet Nat we’ve encountered. Made from direct-pressed grapes, the juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel before being bottled while fermentation is still underway, with around 15 g/l of sugar. Disgorged by hand in early spring, this wine is unfined, unfiltered, and contains no added SO2, delivering an exceptionally pure and vibrant expression that will delight any sparkling wine enthusiast.
