Zsolt Sütö crafts this low-alcohol pet-nat from ten-year-old Chardonnay vines grown on clay-loam and limestone in Strekov. Hand-harvested and direct-pressed into stainless steel, the juice ferments naturally before gravity-bottling with around 15 grams of residual sugar, completing its sparkling transformation under a crown cap. It is disgorged by hand in early spring, keeping the final pour clean while leaving the wine unfined, unfiltered, and free of added sulphur.

Sitting at just 10% alcohol, it pours with a rich, creamy mousse and plenty of vibrant energy. Bright notes of elderflower, ripe pineapple, and mango lead the charge, balanced on the palate by a sharp citrus kick and a fine mineral backbone. Serve it thoroughly chilled as an aperitif, or alongside soft goat's cheese, fresh seafood, or light summer salads.
