This red wine comes from the Mandulás parcel within the Herreberg vineyard and offers a slightly deeper, more serious take on the historic Kadarka grape. The fruit was harvested in two separate passes before undergoing carbonic maceration in a closed tank to lock in its vibrant fruit profile. After pressing, it spent five months maturing in oak barrels and was bottled without any fining or filtering.

Even with this extra depth, the wine stays wonderfully light on its feet and effortless to drink. It is packed with juicy sour cherry and wild strawberry flavours, backed by soft tannins, rounded acidity, and a hint of earthy spice. Elegant yet completely approachable, this bottle proves just how refined and characterful these grapes can be.
