This fresh and approachable orange wine offers a fantastic take on the rare Kövidinka grape. The fruit was picked in two stages during early September, with one part fermented as whole clusters submerged in juice for five days, and the other pressed straight into 500-litre oak barrels. After ageing on its lees, it was bottled completely unfiltered and with zero added sulphur.

It is wonderfully textured with a savoury weight that is perfectly balanced by a crisp, mineral edge. Expect interesting notes of black tea and gentle spice, leading into a clean finish. The wine really comes into its own after being open for a little while, as the flavours soften and harmonise beautifully in the glass.
