While Tokaj is most famous for its sweet wines, it also produces some excellent dry wines, which this 100% Furmint is an excellent example of. Frivolo is one of Szolo's most versatile wines and is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany salads, mild cheeses, and fish. 2019 was a dry vintage in Tokay with heavy rain at the end of August, making Frivolo a delicate expression of Furmint with notes of green apple, citrus, and a strong minerality.
