While many wines from this region are all about power, this one is all about the flowers. It is made from Hárslevelű grapes grown on limestone and clay soils, which makes it much more fragrant than those grown on pure basalt. A small portion of the grapes spent time soaking on their skins, giving this white wine the gentle grip and golden hue of a light orange wine.

It was aged for 15 months in large oak barrels and bottled without any filtration or additional additives. The result is a juicy, smooth drink bursting with the scent of white blossoms, acacia, and ripe orchard fruit. It is well-balanced with a refreshing volcanic mineral streak and a hint of herbal spice. Because these grapes are tricky to grow, there isn't much of it around, so enjoy this rare single-varietal bottling.
