Karl and Eva Schnabel have produced a real standout with this Styrian white. It is a blend of 80% Yellow Muscat with a splash of Pinot Blanc and Welschriesling. After a brief day of skin contact and a year of ageing in both oak and stainless steel, the result is an incredibly light wine at just 10.5% alcohol.

This is a vibrant and energetic bottle where the aromatics truly sing. Expect a mix of lychee, pear and mint, along with enchanting notes of jasmine, cardamom and even vanilla cookies. It perfectly balances those fragrant Muscat flavours with a clean, stony minerality and a crisp acid structure. It is a delicious, high-energy wine that is simply a joy to drink.
