 If you want to taste the history of the Mosel, this is it. Sourced from ancient vines in the Pauls Valley, a spot carved out by the River Mosel thirty-five thousand years ago, this Kabinett is grown in a natural sun-trap that acts like a giant mirror for the vines. The soil here is pure blue Devonian shale, which injects a distinct, stony mineral punch into every glass.

Following strict biodynamic principles, the vineyard is a buzzing ecosystem where wild plants keep everything in balance. To ensure maximum intensity, the vines are pruned to produce just one bottle each. The 2023 vintage was harvested in the cool early hours of the morning to preserve freshness, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After a long winter resting on its lees, the result is a wine that is vibrantly aromatic, structured, and incredibly expressive of its prehistoric terroir.
